B.90 TEGAM 2714A Arbitrary Waveform Generator (as pulser)

Author: Anton Savitsky (MPI for Bioorganic Chemistry, Mülheim/Freie Universität Berlin)

Module name: tegam2714a_p

Description: TEGAM 2714A Arbitrary Waveform Generator (used as a single pulse channel pulser)

This device is a waveform generator that, using this module, can be employed as a single pulse channel pulser.
Timebase: between 50 ns and 10 s
Trigger mode: external trigger only
Pulse levels: adjustable between +/-10.2 V with a maximum level difference of 5.1 V (if the difference is below 0.5 V the levels must be within +/-1 V and for a difference below 50 mV the levels must be in the +/-100 mV range.
Maximum pattern length: 131036 times the selected timebase
Waveform channel: adjustable betwee 0 and 98, default is 98 (can be changed via the configuration file for the device)

Controlled via: GPIB bus (IEEE 488).
In the GPIB configuration file use "TEGAM2714A" as the device name, '\n' or 0xa as the EOS character, set set-reos, set-xeos and set-bin to yes.

Status: Tested

Supported functions:

`pulser_name()'
`pulser_state()'
`pulser_update()'
`pulser_shift()'
`pulser_increment()'
`pulser_reset()'
`pulser_pulse_reset()'
`pulser_maximum_pattern_length()'
`pulser_show_pulses()'
`pulser_dump_pulses()'
