USAGE: test-daemon [-h] [-p pidfile] [-l logfile] [-t] [-s seconds]
  -p   use pidfile instead of /var/run/test-daemon.pid
  -l   use logfile instead of /var/tmp/test-daemon.log
  -t   don't exit when SIGTERM is received
  -s   sleep n seconds, default is 20
  -h   show this help
